Commercial Legal Notice
Effective 4 October 2026. This notice explains the current public sourcing and RFQ relationship. Transaction-specific rights and obligations are defined in the commercial documents issued for each qualified operation.
Clear separation between discovery, qualification and commitment.
Portal do Produtor is a sourcing and trade-origination surface. A public product, origin or market reference is not a binding offer, reservation, inventory warranty or promise of regulatory eligibility.
PUBLIC NOTICESubmitting an RFQ creates a request for commercial qualification. It does not create a purchase contract. Product, supplier, route, price, documents, Incoterm, payment terms and execution capacity remain subject to review.
PREQUALIFICATIONA binding commercial commitment exists only through the transaction documents expressly issued for that operation. Those documents identify the contracting legal entity and, where applicable, the exporter of record, supplier/packhouse, buyer, beneficiary and validity period.
QUOTE-SPECIFICMarket Passports and certification references are evidence-scoped qualification aids. Official requirements may change and must be rechecked for the exact product, destination, establishment and shipment before commitment.
REVERIFY PER DEALPayment instructions are valid only when they match the transaction documents and verified beneficiary. A bank-detail change must be independently confirmed through an established channel before funds are sent.
BUYER PROTECTIONNo firm offer by implication.
Website content, indicative market information and RFQ acknowledgements do not by themselves create a sale, guarantee supply or establish market access. A firm offer must identify its scope, validity, counterparties, product specification, route, price and applicable commercial terms.
